TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms: 50% deposit due to hold date; balance due 48 hours prior to delivery. Cash discounts available.
1. THE PARTIES: All rentals are provided by Bulcroft Ventures LLC ("Owner") dba Hometown Party Rentals.
2. UTILITIES: Renter is responsible for marking all private underground lines (sprinklers, etc.). Owner is not liable for damage to unmarked private lines.
3. SAFETY: Tents are temporary structures. Renter must evacuate the tent in winds exceeding 35mph or during lightning. No cooking/open flames permitted under tents per Ohio Fire Code.
4. LIABILITY: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Bulcroft Ventures LLC harmless from all claims or damages arising from the use of the equipment.
